Jeera Rice (Cumin Rice ) With Coconut Twist

IMG_8435

This post was drafted in start of May month but I some how missed posting it on time. Today I was surfing through my older drafts and came across it. This time round without delaying it any further I thought of posting it right away. Better late than never right? So here it is.

I had served “Jeera rice with coconut twist” along with Healthy  Malai kofta with Thai touch and Chocolate Strawberry pudding with Caramelised walnuts while participating in a culinary completion were we had to showcase out creativity with coconut milk. To my pleasant surprise my partner and I were declared the Champions for the competition. I have written in detail about my experience during the competition in Malai Kofta post. Do read it as well.

You might have always tried the normal jeera rice, try it along with Coconut milk and amuse yourself as well as your family.
